H721b Rear Derailleur Hanger Thru-Axle for bike frames. For use with Shimano Direct mount Rear Derailleurs only. Assembly from inside with 1 screw, threading in hanger.

Warning! Do not confuse with hanger # H730, in which the hole for the nut is conical, small diameter is 14mm.
