H748d is the replacement rear derailleur hanger for Colnago CLX Disc bikes with thru axles from 2018 onwards. For use with Standard mount Rear Derailleurs only. Made with CNC technology. Lighter and more durable than the cast hanger. Assembly from inside with 1 screws, threading in hanger.
